El Centro is looking for volunteers for our food pantry this Thursday, May 17th, from 11:00am to 2:00pm. We will be setting up from 11am to noon and then helping to direct traffic, restock tables, and carry boxes for the remainder of the pantry. This is finals week for Oberlin students, so we are anticipating fewer student volunteers than usual. If you can make it, we’d love to have you come by for the whole time or half an hour – every little bit helps!
We are expecting temperatures in the mid-60’s and light rain weather, so please dress for the weather and bring rain gear just in case. We also provide lunch for our volunteers.
